Bail to student activists in riots case: Delhi Police challenges HC order in Supreme Court

Delhi Police on Wednesday challenged the high court's order granting bail to three student activists in the 2020 Delhi riots case. The special leave petition was filed by the police against the Delhi high court judgment which granted bail to Asif Iqbal Tanha, Devangana Kalita and Natasha Narwal who were charged under the UAPA in connection to the riots that burned Delhi in 2020.
