Justices Bhuyan and Bhatti take oath as SC judges

Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud on Friday administered oath of office to new Supreme Court judges — Justices Ujjal Bhuyan and Sarasa Venkatanaryanan Bhatti, taking the working strength of the apex court to 32 judges, two short of the sanctioned strength. The swearing-in ceremony was attended by SC judges, attorney general R Venkataramani, solicitor general Tushar Mehta, law officers, senior advocates and members of the bar bodies
