MHA gives details of compensation, jobs offered to family members of Pulwama martyrs

While the next of kin of 19 CRPF personnel martyred in Pulwama attack of 2019 have been appointed in different government jobs on compassionate grounds, with appointment of three more in the pipeline, 11 widows have decided to wait until their children turn 18, to apply for compassionate employment. Some of these children are still as young as 4 years, like the daughter of CRPF martyr, Head Constable Manoj K Behera, or the 7-year old son of Constable (Late) Bhagirath Singh.
