Dhupguri bypoll defeat, successful INDIA meetings led to ED summoning Abhishek Banerjee: TMC

The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has criticized the BJP, comparing it to a "washing machine" that cleanses corrupt individuals upon joining the party. The TMC claimed that the recent loss in the Dhupguri by-election and successful meetings of the opposition have resulted in the ED summoning its general secretary, Abhishek Banerjee. TMC ministers accused the BJP of using central agencies to disrupt their political activities. The BJP has denied the allegations.
