Prime Minister Narendra Modi called Odisha's Naveen Patnaik a "popular CM". The duo displayed camaraderie in public. Modi praised the legacy of Naveen's late father. Modi was at Chandikhole in Jajpur district to inaugurate projects worth nearly Rs 20,000 crore.
