9 days after arrest, Revanna granted bail in kidnap case

HD Revanna, an MLA from Holenarasipura belonging to JD(S), was arrested nine days ago on charges of kidnapping a woman in KR Nagar of Mandya district. He was granted conditional bail on Monday evening by a special court for elected representatives in Bengaluru. Special judge K Gajanana Bhat instructed Revanna that he is not allowed to enter KR Nagar until further orders.
