(MENAFN - Saudi Press Agency) Washington, November 17, 2019, SPA -- Princess Sora bint Saud bin Saad, Honorary Ambassador of Mentor International Foundation, has patronized the celebration of the Foundation's 25th anniversary at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden in Washington, DC, on behalf of Queen Silva of Sweden. In her speech, Princess Sora praised the vision and efforts of Queen Silvia, pointing out that the impact of the Foundation has reached more than 80 countries and helped more than 6 million children and adolescents through programs that contributed to empower and develop their talents and keep them away from dangerous drugs and behavior. The Princess called on the audience to contribute what they can to achieve the critical goal of reaching children in need of support and guidance. The ceremony, which honored Princess Sora for her efforts over the past four years, was attended by Sweden's Ambassador to the United States Karin Ulrika Olofsdotter, Chairman of the Board of Presidents of the Mentor Foundation LaMont Wells, a number of ambassadors and consuls, US government officials, and a number of business persons.
