GEA Announces Conditional Return of Entertainment Activities in Compliance with Health Precautionary Measures

(MENAFN - Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, May 27, 2021, SPA -- The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has announced the resumption of entertainment activities, in accordance with health procedures approved by the Public Health Authority (Weqaya), to prevent coronavirus (COVID-19), including the need for event organizers and visitors to apply precautionary measures when holding entertainment events. The measures which included four main areas: environment, prevention, and distancing, reporting and monitoring, awareness, and implementation, stipulated that entry to entertainment activities be exclusive to immune individuals, and as indicated in the "Tawakkalna" application, in compliance with the Ministry of Interior decision issued on May 18, 2021.
