Iran: Accident leaves two air force pilots dead in Dezful

(MENAFN) Official news agency IRNA said in a report that on Tuesday, Jun. 1 two military pilots of Iran lost their lives in the Vahdati Air Force Base in the southwestern Iranian city of Dezful because of a "technical failure" of a F-5 training plane. The incident occurred on the ground, not during or following a flight, stated the Special Governor of Dezful, Ali Farahmandpour, who further said that the situation is being probed by a team dispatched to Dezful from the Iranian capital.
