PEKIN, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Illinois American Water is investing over $2.9 million to replace over 9,700 feet, or 1.8 miles, of water main in Pekin’s water system. Much of the water main installed will be increased in size to support water flow and pressure for continued water quality and fire protection. The work includes projects across the City of Pekin.
