NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE:MFA) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of $75 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.000% senior notes due 2029 (the “Notes”).
