APi Group Announces Launch of Public Offering of Common Stock

NEW BRIGHTON, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--APi Group Corporation (NYSE: APG) (“APi” or the “Company”) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock.
