Tess Routliffe wins Para swimming world gold for Canada following serious back injury

Tess Routliffe of Caledon, Ont., held off Nikita Howarth of New Zealand to win the women's 100-metre breaststroke SB7 final on Tuesday at the Para Swimming World Championships in Madeira, Portugal. Fellow Canadian Alec Elliot added bronze in men's 400 freestyle S10.
