Microsoft adds protection against 'Reply All' email storms

To solve one of the workplace's peskiest problems, Microsoft has released a feature to protect companies against email storms. The term refers to when mass-mailed chains, usually taking place through an organization or company, generate huge responses through the "reply all" feature.
