Northam to impose 25-person cap on gatherings, 10 p.m. alcohol curfew in new coronavirus restrictions

A 25-person limit for all gatherings along with a new alcohol curfew are among the new coronavirus restrictions Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam announced Friday.
