Mother of slain 12-year-old slams Cleveland police

The mother of Tamir Rice, a 12-year-old playing at a park with a toy gun, said she wants justice for her son's death. His mother added new and troubling allegations to the shooting incident, claiming not enough was done to try to save her son’s life. Dean Reynolds reports.
