Resident: Bronx building had no sprinklers

A malfunctioning space heater sparked a fire that filled a high-rise Bronx, New York apartment building with thick smoke Sunday morning, killing 19 people including nine children. At least one resident said the building had no sprinklers. (Jan. 10)
