Knife attack in Canada's Quebec by man dressed in medieval clothing leaves 2 dead, 5 injured

A man with a long blade and dressed in medieval clothing went on a stabbing spree near the regional parliament building in Canada's Quebec city. Atleast two people have died and five others injured in the incident.
