Racers came out to complete in Greater Lafayette's local competition over the weekend.
Subaru beat a fund-raising record at this years 5k color run.the car manufacturing company raised more than 50- thousand dollars for special olympics indiana.this year's goal was to raise at least 50-k to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary.
Subaru has been hosting this race for 5 years.the money is raised through registration fees.100-percent of the proceeds go towards special olympics.today's runners had various reason for participating.but one thing's in common, their happiness to help the cause.
