Its a blessing because so many people make excuses now a days they are scared to be the best version of themselves.

I always give my 110 so i try to get them to do the same thing.

She wants to keep working out when she goes back to work.

It feels really good...because when you are confident with your body as a therapist so the people you work with can say sh's taking care of her body as a therapist so i know she can take care of mine.
