81-year-old charged with sexual abuse

An 81-year-old Sangerfield man is accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old.

Has been arrested after allegedly having sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl.

81-year-old robert rink, is charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

The sheriff's office says it happened last summer at his home in sangerfield.

After the same child turned 13... police say rink had sexual contact with her again this march.

Rink was taken into custody.

An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the child.
