Leah Van Dale, aka WWE wrestler Carmella, shared her home workout routine with Page Six.

What's up guys, I hope you're all stayingsafe and sane during this quarantine,whether you're binging Netflix,or you're reading a book or 25,or you're like me and you're spendingmost of your day in front of your refrigerator.Which has become a bit of a problembecause I have to squeeze into a two-pieceevery single week.I work for WWE and we're still filming our showon a closed set.So I figured, I would share my at-home workoutthat I've been doing, I don't have weights or anything,so I've been focusing on abs and bootyand just doing a lot of reps.But if you're like me,you probably have some wine bottles laying around,so we're gonna use those for our workout,whether they're a full wine bottle,or, might be like meand have a lot of empty bottles hanging around.This is my wine.It's called Capo Cagna.It means Boss Bitch in Italian,and for the month of April,we are giving 25% off every single bottle,so grab your wine bottles and let's get this workout on.So, we're gonna start out with the bottleon top of your hips here.We're gonna start out with a glute bridge,bring it all the way up, squeeze your booty,and bring it down.Keep the weight in your heels,squeeze the booty each time you go up and down.Just barely let your bootytouch the mat as you come down,so quick little tap and back up.So that for 20 reps, 15 to 20.Next, abs.We're gonna put our feet up straight to the sky,hold the bottle in frontand then just reach your bottle to your toes,if you can.If not, that's okay.Straight up, you don't want to curl your chest inor your chin.You want to bring it straight up to the sky.20 reps.And, get a kiss from your dog.The next exercise, we're gonna do a single leg glute bridge.So again, wine bottle, right on top of your hips here.One foot straight,you're gonna keep your knees in line with each other.And you're gonna just bridge up.15 to 20 reps.Squeeze the booty, that's the most important partor else you're not gonna work as hardas you would if you weren't squeezing.Next, we are going to do some oblique twists.So again, with the bottle,or you can lighten up the load a little bit,grab one of your empty bottles,whatever you want to do.Keep your feet off the ground,or you can keep them on,little modification to make it more difficult,and you're going to tap the bottle,gently, you don't want to break the bottlebecause that would be a waste.Go back and forth,one, one,two, two,three, three,until 15, 20, whenever you're feeling the burn.Our last ab exercise,wine goes up, we're just gonna do a full-on crunch,Slow and steady, we don't need to rushor else you're not gonna feelthe burn as much.And down.Up, and make sure you're breathing,and that's all I'm gonna do.So, that is my little workout,and I think I've earned myself a glass of wineso I'm gonna go pour that.So, again, I hope you all are staying safeand...until then, get yourself some Capo Cagna.
