Chief Minister of Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal visited flood affected areas at Morigaon district in Assam on July 19.
According to Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), over 80 people died and more than 53 lakh people are affected across 30 districts.
Additionally, agricultural land has been affected while thousands of people have been evacuated from the flood-affected areas.
