Grade schools aren't the only ones starting back up again in vigo county.

Indiana state university also had its first day of school today.

The vice president of academic affairs says he's beyond excited to see students back on campus.

He says isu's plan is to abide by public health protocols and constantly monitor covid-19 numbers.
