And officials are considering this building... the silver lake station... as their ideal location for it.

The current day center is at the salvation army facility down the road... but the agreement to operate it expires at the end of this month.

The city also says it currently serves double its capacity.

City officials are working to have this plan finalized as soon as "people have been coming in and out of the building to maintaint that 30 maximum capacity... but as the weather gets colder, we're really being challenged to find additional space."

Now a few rochester parks board members have indicated they have concerns about this plan... but proponents says there is really no plan?
