A 21-year-old college girl was shot dead in broad daylight in Haryana's Ballabhgarh on October 26.
Police has arrested the accused.
The girl had gone to her college to give exam when the incident took place.
Victim's father said, "He tried to forcibly make her sit in his car but she refused and then he shot her." Police Official said, "She had come to write her college exam when incident happened."
