Man sues Denver police after suffering broken facial bones from being punched, elbowed during arrest

Police say Aaron Hernandez kicked officers in the groin and shin before they responded by striking him in the face.

Body camera footage shows that when Hernandez said his leg hurt, an officer responded, “Well, now your face is going to hurt too.”
