Raj Kundra was arrested late on 19 July in a adult filmography-related case by the Crime Branch Mumbai.
Reportedly he was named the 'key conspirator' in the probe by Mumbai Police Commissioner, Hemant Nagrale.
The 45-year-old businessman, is married to Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty.
