Leonard Cure's family-- through their attorney, the famous Ben Crump-- is suing the Camden County Sheriff's office Cure was killed while failing to comply with lawful instructions in a traffic stop which escalated into a roadside battle of life and death.
The Sheriffs Deputy has already been fired for excessive force.
But was his firing justifiable?
