The migration minister has said there are "reasons and issues" the government won't accept the definition of Islamophobia as used by other political parties - but does not state them.

Michael Tomlinson adds he doesn't believe there are no-go areas in the country after former government minister Paul Scully suggested Birmingham and east London were off-limits because of "doctrine".
