Africa: Over 8.2 Million Cases of Covid-19 Confirmed Across Continent

[allAfrica] As of September 24, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 8,211,300 while over  86,011,313 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
