Namibia: Street Vendors Allowed to Operate At Geingob's Memorial

[Namibian] Street vendors are permitted to sell their goods at specified locations during Saturday's official memorial service proceedings of former president Hage Geingob at Independence Stadium, according to information minister Emma Theofelus.
