A giant fish building? Disappointment over demolition of historic Central Pier

A former tenant of the historic Central Pier in Docklands is ‘baffled’ that Heritage Victoria is allowing the 106-year-old site to be demolished to make way for a new structure, possibly a giant fish-shaped building.
