DFW Coronavirus Tracker: Dallas County reports 78 new cases; police allowed to issue tickets, make arrests for 'shelter in place' violations

Dallas County health officials announced Wednesday that they had confirmed 78 new cases of COVID-19 and a sixth death from the disease. The increase brings the county's total to 247 positive cases among Dallas County residents.
