Snohomish barbershop defying coronavirus closures gets cease-and-desist letter from Attorney General

The Washington state Attorney General's office has delivered a cease-and-desist order to the owner of a Snohomish barbershop who refused to follow Gov. Jay Inslee's proclamation that nonessential businesses stay closed amid the coronavirus pandemic.
