National retailer inks lease in new Shelby County development

National discount retailer Dollar Tree is coming to Helena. According to the Shelby County Reporter, the company has signed on to lease space in the new shopping center at Helena Road at Alabama 14. Retail Specialists is currently developing the 7-acre site that is slated to be complete in 2021. Freddy's and Chick-fil-A have already committed to the development that was approved last year by the Helena City Council.
