Baltimore, Anne Arundel counties align with state's reopening plan

Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties will relax more novel coronavirus-related restrictions Friday, including allowing outdoor dining, to better align their policies with the state as a whole. The changes follow those made by Gov. Larry Hogan on Wednesday to move Maryland into the next phase of reopening, less than two weeks after he lifted the statewide stay-at-home order on May 15.
