RALEIGH UNDER CITYWIDE CURFEW: After two days of protests were followed by looting and damages to businesses across the city, Raleigh Mayor Mary-Ann Baldwin has implemented a citywide curfew. The curfew begins Monday at 8 p.m. and lasts until 5 a.m. Tuesday. It will remain in place until Baldwin decides to lift it.
