Three global public relations firms merging, with headquarters in NYC

Three international public relations firms said on Tuesday they're merging, with the combined company's headquarters to be located in New York City. Finsbury of Great Britain, The Glover Park Group of the United States, and Hering Schuppener of Germany said they're creating a new global firm that will have 700 employees around the world, with about 150 in the New York City office.
