Facial studio, skin care center opening in Shelby County

A studio offering facials and professional skin care is opening in Helena. Skin Care Solutions of Alabama held a soft opening Monday and will open full time in August at 3965 Helena Road, next to Husky Tails Dog Grooming and Old Town Barber Shop. According to the Shelby County Reporter, the owner, Valeria Brock, is a medical aesthetician who wants to particularly focus on helping teens and women with acne. When fully open, the business will have hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
