Chez Panisse becomes latest to sue insurer over denied business interruption claims

The iconic Berkeley French restaurant joins five other businesses in California suing insurers on the basis that their business interruption insurance should protect them from the economic damage of the pandemic. Insurers have said it's an uphill battle to see those claims approved.
