Publix to mandate face masks for all stores

All customers entering a Publix Super Markets Inc. store will be required to wear a face mask starting on July 21. The face mask mandate is the latest action the Lakeland, Fla.-based grocer has taken to protect the safety of its employees and customers during the coronavirus pandemic. The mandate will not apply with young children and those with medical conditions. The policy affects all of Publix's 1,252 stores across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia.…
