GST compensation dues: Centre gives full details of two borrowing options for states

The ministry of finance on Saturday laid out details of the two borrowing options presented to states under which they can borrow from the market to make up for the estimated GST revenue shortfall, pegged by the government at Rs 2.35 lakh crore.
