The pandemic has led almost half of U.S. organizations to say salary increases are on hold in 2021. That’s according to Gallagher’s salary planning survey, which polled more than 1,200 companies this past summer and found 45% have had to reconsider wage hikes due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.  As the pandemic has upended the economy, it’s been a rollercoaster of a year for companies.
