A Penn Presbyterian Medical Center anesthesiologist has developed a product he believes will make mask-wearing during the pandemic more pleasurable. Dr. Mark Pizzini, who is also head of perioperative services at the University of Pennsylvania Health System hospital in West Philadelphia, is the inventor of the ScentClip.
