DFW oil and gas company expands presence in Permian Basin

U.S. Energy Development Corporation is expanding its presence in the Permian Basin. The Arlington-based exploration and production company announced in a release it has acquired interests in Shetland and WarWink Oil development projects, located in Eddy County, New Mexico and Winkler County, Texas, respectively.
