Brazil deaths up, hospitals verge on collapse

The Brazilian state of Sao Paulo announced that it is imposing more coronavirus restrictions in an effort to lower rising caseloads of the virus which are swamping the state's health care system. The state's death and infection rates have gone up rapidly with 2,286 deaths across Brazil recorded on Wednesday, a new one-day record.
