Two manufactured home communities to expand in hot Austin neighborhoods

Scottsdale-based Roberts Communities is expanding its presence in Central Texas, bringing more affordable housing options to the areas near the new Tesla factory and the Travis County Exposition Center. In the communities, residents own their homes but they lease the land the homes sit on. It's how someone can find a home for less than $100,000 nowadays.
