Simon lands one of the first stores for Aerie offshoot at South Hills Village

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. will open its first OFFLINE by Aerie store, expanding the intimate apparel brand into various kinds of athleisure, at South Hills Village. The Simon-owned mall announced the new store today by the South Side-based fashion retailer, which first announced OFFLINE by Aerie in July 2020.
