Seattle clears path for Storm to build Interbay training facility

Mayor Jenny Durkan signed legislation allowing more space for indoor sports and recreation uses in Interbay's industrial zone. Durkan and the Storm's owners called the change a move toward gender parity for the city's sports landscape.
